Fitness Squad Progamme

The fitness squad programme offers two pathways, for teens and adults wanting to supplement other water sports such as water polo and surf, or to maintain a good level of swimming fitness

Teen Fitness Squad

A squad available for teen fitness. These swimmers are usually involved in other water sports such as water polo or surf, and choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.


Session Times

Monday 630pm – 730p

Tuesday 550am – 730am

Wednesday 6pm – 730pm

Thursday 550am – 730am
Friday 5pm – 630pm

Adult Fitness Squad

A squad available for adult fitness. These swimmers are often involved in other water sports of choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.

Saturday 7am – 830am
