Fitness Squad Programmes
The fitness squad programme offers two pathways, for teens and adults wanting to supplement other water sports such as water polo and surf, or to maintain a good level of swimming fitness.

Teen Fitness Squad
A squad available for teen fitness. These swimmers are usually involved in other water sports such as surf life saving, and choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.
Morning Session Times: Afternoon Session Times:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 550am - 730am Friday 5pm - 630pm
Saturday 7am - 830am

Water Polo Squad
A squad available for those training in Water Polo Sport. These swimmers have a variety of sessions available in the morning and afternoon, with sessions often joined with the Teen Fitness Squad.
Morning Session Times: Afternoon Session Times:
Thursday 550am - 730am Monday and Wednesday 630pm - 730pm
Saturday 7am - 830am Friday 5pm - 630pm

Masters Squad
A squad available for adult fitness. These swimmers are often involved in other water sports or choose to join this squad to maintain fitness levels.
Morning Session Times:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 550am - 730am
Saturday 7am - 830am
